"It's about Time"

W.P. Consulting is pleased to announce the release of Time=$, a time management application for Palm WebOS smartphones. With Time=$, professionals who bill their customers for hourly services can quickly and accurately keep track of their time to maximize profits and improve customer satisfaction.

Available through the Palm Application Catalog on all Palm Webos phones.

The navigation bar is divided into three sections. From left to right you'll find the status button, a screen button and a category button.

Tap on the time clock icon to see if you are currently punched in. It tells you what account and project you are currently punched in to, a summary of how long you've been punch in and what time you punched in.

Tap on the middle button to move between different sections of Time=$. Use this button to manage and update account information, edit categories, view charts and export your data.

Tapping on the category button will filter the current list to include only the accounts in the category you select.

The Accounts screen

Use this screen to add new, edit and delete accounts. Swipe an account name from one side to the other to delete it.

The Categories screen

Use this screen to create, edit, delete and arrange categories. Swipe a category name from one side to the other to delete it. Tap and hold a category to move it to a new place in the list. This will change the order of the category list when you tap on it.

The Charts screen

This chart will plot the accounts that are listed in the "Summary" view list. Where Y = Time Worked multiplied by the effective rate of the time entry and X is the timeline

The Export screen

Select the account you wish to export. A list of options are available for exporting your data.

Leave "Export all dates" checked to include work entries of any date in the export. If you wish to filter your export to include only last months work entries, remove the checkmark. You can select any combination of dates.

With "Include all projects" checked, your export will include all projects for this account. You can select any combination of projects to export.

"Only export unmarked data". Use this option to include only data that you have not exported previously.

"Mark data as exported" This option marks the data you are about to export as "exported". Used in conjunction with the above option.
